Shipping Methods and Time

United States Postal Service or UPS is used to sent all orders within the United States ONLY.  Shipping choices are Priority or Express (Overnight) with delivery confirmation. Free Shipping offer with purchase over $100.00 applies only on regular shipping. We make sure that purchases will be shipped out in one to two business days. Express order placed by 3 PM EST will be shiped on the same business day. Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please refer to the Charts below for estimate delivery time.

We no longer ship to any foreign countries.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused to our international customers.   

Return and Exchanges

Our first priority is your complete satisfaction with your Tibetan Mandala purchases.  Return any ordered item (s) within 5 days of accepting delivery for exchange or refund with web invoice.  Same method of payment that you used to purchase would be used for exchange or refund minus the shipping charge. However, we will not charge shipping for even exchange.

We appreciate the trust you place in Tibetan Mandala, and we are committed to respecting your privacy and security of your personal information as it is one of ours.  We absolutely do not distribute any information you provide to us to any 3^rd party or parties unless legally compelled to do so. Once you choose to provide us with any information by which you can be identified, then you can be assured that it will be only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
