These unique vegetable rugs are hand carded, hand spun and hand knotted made in a contemporary Tibetan way with modern design. Superior Tibetan sheep wool is used. The dyes used for the vegetable wool rugs are obtained from parts of plants such as flowers, roots (madder), walnut and husks. Due to the natural pigments used in them, the colour of rugs last longer and the luster improves with aging. They are made in Nepal.
